The roots of our spice and hospitality

Since 2008, our love for spice and biryani has travelled long and wide from Kadapa to Hosur. We started out as Andhra Spice selling 10-15 kgs of Biryani a day, transitioned to 150 kgs a day in less than 3 years and today as Rayalaseema brand, We are hitting 50k+ kgs on annual basis.

We take privilege in saying Rayalaseema Spice is a slow cooked masterpiece of 15years culinary experience, with a backbone of authentic grand mother recipes and adapting to the best practices in the industry.

Though we started out with authentic Andhra cuisine as our base, we are now an Award winning Multicuisine Restaurant for 3 successive years in Hosur. From going an extra mile to reach out to premium raw materials and always emphasizing on hygiene and family like hospitality, our mentor Mr. Sreekanth Reddy (Proprietor of Andhra Spice) must be credited for how we survived during lockdown and are still top runners in the industry. Our stakeholders make sure to empower our staff on a periodic basis with trainings and mental health classes to elevate the experience of our customers with world class hospitality.
